MODERN AND TRADITIONAL WUSHU KUNGFU
The biggest motivation for all students from children to seniors comes from additional activities. These are retreats, camps, seminars, and competitions. We do not participate in competitions for the sake of awards, medals and diplomas (though for many it is a good motivation and with the right attitude does not bear any negative meaning), but primarily for the wider development of our mind and body. Especially competitions help build a character, psyche, nervous system, increase stress resistance, and improve technical skills with each participation.
Competitions are a traditional approach to developing skills in any style. This practice came to us from ancient China, where the level and skill were determined exclusively through competition.
Currently in China and around the world, in any competent and qualified organization of wushu kungfu, competitions are an essential part of training, regardless if it is sports (modern) or traditional wushu and taiji quan.

ACROBATICS
Wushu classes are closely related to acrobatics. The performances of wushu masters, movies with actors who know wushu are replete with beautiful acrobatic elements and cause admiration of the public. Modern and traditional wushu taolu routines are also filled with complex acrobatic elements.
However, in relation to wushu acrobatics acquires additional specificity. Each element has its own combat application technique. The need to use elements in different environments, including extreme ones, dictates its own requirements for the performance technique. For example, one needs to have ability to perform jump on different types of coverage.

WING CHUN (YONG CHUN QUAN)
The main features of Winchun are the principle of the center line, frequent contact with the opponent, energy saving due to simultaneous attack and defense mainly in a straight line.
In training much attention is paid to developing the sensitivity of the hands and mastering the use of the concept of “sticky hands” individually, working with a wooden dummy and with a partner.
Most sparrings in Wingchun are at short distances between opponents. The essence of style is simplicity and efficiency. Practicing in the classroom, students learn not to use brute force. It is replaced by a correctly selected strategy, speed, relaxation, timing, and correct body structure in positions.
In the Wingchun classes develops a harmonious physical structure, a skill of relaxation and tension, and increases level of concentration.
One of the advantages of this style is accessibility for any age. There are also conducted local and international levels of competitions in Winchun.

TAIJI QUAN AND TAIJI TUISHOU
Taijiquan classes can be started at any age and at any level of training, since the mastered techniques correspond to the natural coordination of the body, effective movement with minimal energy consumption.
In the classroom you begin to better feel your center of gravity and improve your sense of balance. Slow movements combined with deep breathing, as well as alternating with rapid execution of the" release" of force, help you feel the body better and form the correct movement patterns.
Thanks to taiji quan you feel harmony between yourself and the world, learn to rebuild your body-improve the flexibility and mobility of joints, remove unnecessary stress and learn dynamic relaxation.
Our instructors teach three styles of taiji quan - Chen, Yang and Wudang.
As a wellness practice taiji quan is popular not only among adults and seniors. This art also attracts children and juniors, thanks to the method of combat application techniques, which came to us from the past.
We practice taiji quan also with traditional weapons. They are Jian and Dao swords, a spear, a stick and a taiji pole 4 m long and weighing 5 kg. Also traditional kettlebells and "taiji balls " weighing 10-15 kg for the development of internal strength.

The practice of tuishou (pushing hands) is inseparable with practice of taiji quan. Tuishou can also be practiced at any age. For harmonious development it is necessary to improve both the non-contact forms of taiji quan and to develop the acquired skills with a partner in tuishou. It is impossible to achieve mastery by practicing only one thing.
In tuishou partners constantly interact through a point of contact and it should not be broken. Pushes, grabs, and other methods are used to throw the partner off balance on the spot and in motion. In this way students develop and test their “rooting” ability, which is also necessary in the practice of taiji quan.
In a tuishou fight wins strategy and intelligence, not strength. The student needs to adapt to the existing circumstances and be able to use the partner's force against him.
Thus the applied biomechanics and the system of levers are mastered in classes. Tuishou competitions are also conducted, which gives even more motivation to students and increases their skills.

FOR CHILDREN 3-4 YEARS
You can start classes at our school from the age of 3. We have created separate training groups for children of 3-4 years old which last no more than an hour.
At such trainings attention is primarily devoted to the balanced general physical development of children of this age. The exercises are aimed at improving coordination, flexibility, balance, speed, strength, and endurance. Children are introduced to stretching, basic acrobatic elements, and an initial idea of wushu. In addition to physical development in training, children gradually learn the concept of discipline, the ability to hear and focus on the instructions of the coach, and interaction with other children.
Such classes prepare children for further, more serious wushu classes in older groups.

CLASSES FOR SENIORS
In our school we have health-improving taiji quan classes for seniors.
Movements in taiji quan are natural and harmonious. Due to its softness, smoothness and rhythmicity, exercises exert a comprehensive load on all muscle groups, ligaments, tendons, joints, carrying out their soft massage, maintaining flexibility, elasticity, performance and durability.
Taiji exercises strengthen the muscles of the back, helping to form the correct posture and have a beneficial effect, manifested in the form of massage on the internal organs of a person.
